2nd manufacture of Ixelles, period Ets Demeuldre SPRL (1941-1953), pair of plates with decoration of birds in the taste of Buffon; one in the center of the basin a bird "Bondrée apivore", wing with gray bottom with garlands of ears in gold, diam. one monogrammed J.V. for Jean Valentinelli, the other without the indication of bird being a royal eagle. Mark of the manufacture on the reverse. Diam. 24cm and 23cm.
