HALLEY (1801-1810) rare set of porcelain of Paris includes a round openwork bowl accompanied by two truncated conical vases with cover The main decoration on the vases is composed of birds with natural "Red Macaw", "Pheasant named houziu", "the pheasant with golden hoopoe of China", and "Blue Macaw of Brazil", in border blue band with floral reserve in gold Cup Ht. 21.5cm diam 28cm - covered vases Ht. 32cm This rare set of three pieces signed Halley is in a remarkable state of preservation except for a small restoration inside the openwork bowl. Charles Haley was a Parisian decorator active during the Empire period.
