General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Summary of Terms of Sale:
The buyer/bidder shall pay the winning bid amount plus 28% (including VAT) plus 2 euros per lot within 3 business days of the auction’s conclusion. Cash payments are not accepted for amounts exceeding 3,000 €. Only certified and guaranteed checks are accepted for immediate delivery. Payment may also be made by bank transfer or by credit or debit card via our website, under the “Payment” section.
The Auction House cannot be held liable for any errors made by the buyer or bidder in providing the lot number, the phone number where they can be reached, or their email address, nor for any technical issues that may arise during communication.
The online commission of 3% on drouot.com is included in the 28% sales fee.
For online auctions, all prospective buyers have the opportunity to view the lots offered for sale online before bidding. Consequently, once a bidder wins an online auction, they may not exercise the right of withdrawal (in accordance with Article VI.53, paragraph 11, of the Economic Code).

Bids may be placed by sealed bid or directly during the auction; the buyer may only make purchases by registering for this auction on the website and being accepted.
The auction house cannot be held liable for any errors made by the buyer or bidder in providing the lot number, the phone number where they can be reached, their address, or email address, nor for any technical issues that may arise during communication.
The online commission is an additional 3% (as mentioned above).
