General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Summary of Terms and Conditions of Sale:
The buyer/bidder shall pay the auction price plus 28% (including VAT) plus 2 euros per lot within 3 business days of the auction. Cash payments are not accepted for amounts exceeding 3,000 €. Only certified and guaranteed checks are accepted for immediate delivery. Payment may also be made by bank transfer or by credit or debit card via our website, under the “Payment” section.
The auction house cannot be held liable for any errors made by the buyer or bidder in providing the lot number, the phone number where they can be reached, or their email address, nor for any technical issues that may arise during communication.
The online commission of 3% on drouot.com is included in the 28% sales fee.
For online auctions, all prospective buyers have the opportunity to view the lots offered for sale in the online auction before bidding. Consequently, once a bidder wins an online auction, they cannot exercise the right of withdrawal (in accordance with Art. VI.53 11° of the Economic Code).
